  6. (Local) You will be prompted in this module to book your Elite Body Data appointment. (Distance) You will book a body fat test and resting metabolic rate test at your nearest facility. 
    1. After you have completed 100% of steps 1-6 you will book a coaching call, the link to book the call is in Module One. 
  7. All information gathered over the first two weeks will be used to create your customized plan, which you will begin in Phase 3, starting in week 3.
  8. Week 3 onward you will be prepared to continuously dive into the nutrition and mindset content. You will login into the portal on Monday’s and complete the module before its due date. 
  9. This is also the time your100% customized nutrition program kicks off, you will receive your macros for the week on Sunday via email and text!

The 3D body scan will show you and your coach where you are losing inches and the body fat test will illustrate how much body fat you are losing. If you are a DISTANCE client, we know these test are costly, so we’ve lowered the program cost for distance clients.
