Yaa Boakye, a nutritionist and wellness entrepreneur, helps busy couples improve their relationship in the kitchen and their bodies.
Over the last ten years, Yaa has spent time working as an in-home personal trainer, group fitness instructor, and wellness coach at a therapeutic wellness facility.
After spending almost a decade working as a personal trainer providing bespoke nutrition and workout plans, she has developed a data-driven weight loss system that teaches couples how to increase their nutrition knowledge, while losing at least 10 lbs of weight in 16-weeks.
